Full membership is open to all from beginners to experienced athletes. Annual membership runs from the 1st September each year at the fantastic value of £150 which includes all our great weekly training sessions! There is a 6month membership of £100 for those joining after 1st March. Simply complete the application form (download here) to become part of our great team!

As part of the Pro-Vo2 Racing Team you will receive reduced British Triathlon membership and be covered by our club insurance. As a BTA member you can enjoy a range of benefits including reduced entry fees to races, insurance and you will also be contributing towards the sports present and future development. Pro-Vo2 Racing Team – Weekly Training Sessions

lara-run Tuesday Run Session 7-8pm : Form, Tempo or Track Run

This session is designed to build bike power and threshold fitness. Heart rate zone intensity is monitored using the latest Activio fitness system whilst specific cycling power is developed from interval drills.
Location : Fit Rooms Gym, 254 North End Rd, Fulham.
Info: 18 Bikes, plus multiple treadmills for brick runs.

patclass Tuesday Bike Session 8-9pm : Activio Heart Rate & Bike Power

This session is designed to develop bike & run (brick) training skills. Great session to practise race pace, transition from bike to run and group riding skills. Intensity options given for your racing distance.
Location : Pedal Studio, Putney High St.
Info: 15 spin bikes for indoor session. Outdoor session Unlimited.

Bike_PT_medium Saturday Fast Group Ride 8-11+am : Group Bike A

This ride is to develop endurance cycling in stronger riders. Usually an easier warm up ride with Group B, progressed by extra repitions of hill or power efforts, extra distance and faster paceline on return.
Location : Richmond Park, Roehampton gate car park.

Bike_PT_8_medium Saturday Steady Group Ride 8-11+am : Group Bike B
This ride is to develop endurance cycling in novice to intermediate riders.  Usually an easier warm up ride out with Group A, then mix of flat, rolling or hilly efforts followed by steady pace return.
Location : Richmond Park, Roehampton gate car park.
