Pro-Vo2 specialise in multisport coaching to provide athletes the ultimate performance testing, training and racing service. Using our sports science expertise, latest technology and professional racing experience we make sure results are achieved through effective motivating training.

We are passionate about helping all athletes achieve their goals from using a good support network of coaches, clinical practioners and our training methodology.

Pro-Vo2 Performance Testing

The first stage of coaching involves a detailed consultation of an athletes training history, future racing goals, fitness and weight loss targets, sports injuries and other factors such as time to train, family and work commitments, current equipment and nutrition.

During the initial consultation we can start to design your Training Plan with you and discuss which of the following performance tests we would recommend:

Metabolic TestingCritical Power TestingDynamic Bike Fitting

It’s best to perform a metabolic test at the start of your base training and 3 to 6 months later when you are peaking. Critical Power should be benchmarked and tested more frequently.

Pro-Vo2 Performance Training

The second stage is getting started on your training plan to achieve your goal, improve your fitness or beat last years race results. We offer a total service in training from our online training plans, 121 personal coaching and weekly group training sessions.

We teach all our coached athletes how to train using the correct Heart Rate and Power zones to optimize their results through the following training:

Pro-Vo2 Performance Racing

The third coaching stage is to give full support to its athletes when it comes to racing from pacing strategy and nutrition to equipment choice and team kit. Our forum based community, group training sessions and events calendar are designed to help bring Pro-Vo2 Team athletes together.
